Founder's Rate: $65 first visit
I'm building my local client base. First visit (up to 90 minutes) is $65 flat — an honest review afterward is appreciated. Ends once 10 spots are filled.

- ✓ 1-hour minimum. Standard practice in home service — even if the fix takes 15 minutes.
- ✓ 30-minute increments after the first hour. You only pay for the time we actually spend.
